At Grounded Psychiatry with Grace, psychiatric care is personalized, collaborative, and centered on you as a whole person. I provide evidence-based, trauma-informed care with treatment recommendations tailored to your symptoms, experiences, needs, and goals.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

60 minutes | $300

A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation focused on understanding your current concerns, symptoms, health and psychiatric history, medications, and treatment goals. Together, we’ll develop an individualized treatment plan designed to support your mental health and overall well-being.

Medication Management

$150 per appointment

Follow-up appointments provide time to assess your progress, review how your medications are working, discuss any side effects or concerns, and make thoughtful adjustments to your treatment plan when needed.

Insurance & Appointments

Insurance participation is currently in progress, including Medicare and Minnesota Medical Assistance. Self-pay appointments are also available.

Telehealth appointments are available throughout Minnesota, with in-person appointments offered in Edina.
